OSU dominates the 4th quarter and wins 64-48. Heard had 21 and 13.
Only 6-22 from 3 and had 21 turnovers, but overcame it with good D and attacking the rim in the 4th.


The Cowgirtls are 13-2 after winning 14 all of last season.
