Sounds like Hudson Barrett was dealing with a dead arm. Usually sits 94-95 MPH. Came out throwing 89-91 MPH so they were concerned and took him out

The entire pitching staff had dead arms. Everyone was 3-4 mph under their usual velocity and were throwing cookies right down the middle.
