Maybe this team just isn't any good?

They don't seem to be elite at any aspect of the game. They are good and will win a bunch of games but getting exposed by the top talent they are playing. Figure supers in the ceiling unless they start to figure some stuff out.

Kentucky has scored 3 runs and the ball hasn't gotten out of the infield. Heck I don't think the ball has even gotten past a base. Just pathetic fielding.

Pitching is average. Bats are average. Defense is poor.

Lexy Kilfoyl and Benedict Arnold aren't walking through the door. Somebody better step up.

Feel like maybe we shouldn't have accepted the invitation to either the first tournament we played in or Clearwater this year. Too many new pieces that needed time to get some confidence together. Schedule gets significantly easier after this weekend so hopefully they can start building some momentum.

Texas A&M leads OSU 3-0 top 4, Meylan started the 2nd with 2 walks while getting squezed and then allowed 2 hits

On the other side, we are hitless

Meylan is our best pitrcher and she's good, but she's not at the level of any of our aces from the past few seasons, at least not yet. Eberle has to work some magic with this staff if this team is going to be the best we've had like Kenny said.

Texas A&M has two freshman bat back to back. one works a 10 pitch walk, the other singles after a 10 pitch at bat. Few of our juniors and seniors even do that

Meylan ends up giving 4 run in 4 innings, walks were killer
