The Cowgirls look to rebound from last weekend's 2-2 disappointment, this time in Clearwater.

Today they face #4 UCLA (5-0) at 2 and then #23 Kentucky (4-1) at 5.
Kenny believes in a brutal early season schedule and this year I hope it's not too much. Every other team we face is 4-1 or 5-0. I'm sure it will work out by May, but I like winning. Hopefully we see the team that showed up in game 1 in Puerto Vallarta. Delgadillo mentioned that the team was pretty pissed after last week's showing, so that's a good sign.

Probably trying the "backwards approach" where Ruby is ready to come in and finish the last 3/4 innings. Does't work if Crandall puts us in a hole though.

They are playing the number 4 team in the country. If you lose best on best then you tip your hat and move on. All this does is destroy any confidence that Crandall may have. I get not wanting the get Meylan's innings up but you do that against bad teams not against UCLA.
