Bubble Watch - closing week

We are 24-22 and 12-12 in Conference and we have won seven of last ten games with three games left in conference. We have a 51 RPI and a 16 SOS currently. Although it could be too late to get an at large bid to regionals unless we sweep ASU and win 3 in the tournament, this team hasn’t given up yet. We swept UCF and we were one out or one error from sweeping BU. On some projections we are now a bubble team. Three-weeks ago it seemed we had no chance of seeing post season play. Holliday switched Thompson to 3B and our starting pitching improved as did our defense and offense.
Hopefully we win the final home series and move up to a six or seven seed in B12 Tournment with a first game vs TT or Houston. We seem to have the skills to do well with our pitching, offense, and defense to keep games close now whereas we were getting blown out by teams three-weeks ago.
If this team can persevere and get into postseason, no telling how far we can go, maybe all the way to Omaha. Josh and Rob should get credit for great coaching skills this year, based alone on the past two-three weeks if we continue winning. This team could have checked out three-weeks ago, but the coaching made moves and improved team attitude and motivation and we are playing winning Cowboy baseball again.
