With the portal and roster turnover, there’s no such thing as rebuilding.
Very disappointed that he said they just started paying players nine months ago. It’s the same tale as John Smith, he just put us 3 to 5 years behind everybody else now we’re trying to play catch up with a limited hand.

I think when all the coaches and players are new, it's a rebuilding process. The thing is now. with the portal and NIL, every year playerwise will be a rebuilding year except for the $elect few $chools.

One thing I noticed that he said on ESPN was that he will let the current coordinators be the "head coaches" of their units and stay out of what they are doing, right after mentioning that he was half of the problem with Nardo getting let go because he got very involved in what they were doing defenisvely.
He said expect the offense to try to run the ball about 40 times a game and throw it 30-35 times. I'm not sure that's what Meach would say. We'll see.
