OSU and Utah should be the most consistently at the top as long as the current head coaches are there. CU should improve as long as prime and his son are there if they try even a little bit to improve on defense. Arizona is looking salty. We know what the rest of the league will be, WVU, ISU, BU, TCU will have ups and downs. Tech will always suck. Cincy, UH, and UCF have a lot of work to do to avoid being Baylor in the Big 12 from 1996 til about the time they started recruiting rapists.
