Big 12 Baseball Championship

Wish Big 12 was still at Bricktown...loved just watching baseball, drinking beer, and watching baseball...attendance looks awful, does anyone know what average attendance is/was for Arlington compared to OKC?! What was main reason for moving it away from OKC?

There was nothing better than catching all the games at the Brick drinking beer and then walking over to the bars and restaurants down there between games. Very sad to see it go away. Rex and the chief both mentioned it yesterday that they wish it was still at bricktown and mentioned other radio people from teams around the conference agree.

I used to spend Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the Brick with my kids for this tournament. The games were fun and the atmosphere was great. I think we did it four years in a row. We enjoyed meeting fans from other schools, too.

I don't know if the attendance is any better or worse at Globe Life, but everything else is way worse. No atmosphere. There's way less excitement due to so many long flyiouts in every single game.

Even if yuu dont bring the games back to OKC, there's Frisco or Tulsa that also offer a great minor league atmosphere.

I can't imagine who is benefiting from the current setup, maybe TCU because they have a few more fans show up? Of the 6 million people in DFW, I don't think even 100 people show up to support the event.

We've blown them out 3 times. They shut us out once and controlled the entirety of the last game. Who the hell knows what'll happen tonight. I think we can be pretty confident though that Tech will own us tomorrow. We're at least used to that, can't stand that thought of letting ou knock us out.

That’s kind of why I wanted OU to win last night. Better shot of beating Tech once and OU twice than the reverse. But then again F OU. The walk off was hilarious

When is the contract up at globe life? It needs to return to okc, second option would be Tulsa. But if they are he’ll bent on keeping it in dfw some mentioned frisco, which would be a much better option than globe lifeless.
