Baylor AD/CFP Chair Mack Rhodes

Definitely idiotic move by the AD. If it's his first strike. It's just a first strike.

If it's a pattern of behavior, he'll be out the door. Baylor isn't necessarily a rising stock right now.
Makes u wonder about the relationship with Arranda & his staff. A HC who’s been on the hot seat already.🧐

As far as first strikes go, I’m gonna bet there are more behind the scenes. Seems strange that this would be just some sudden outlier over a shirt.

Haha! @007Poke and @DxCowboy must be joined at the hip.
Something that’s ‘nothing ‘ doesn’t get ‘handled internally ‘ & have the head coach & a star player irate at the AD over it. Not really sure what the argument is here.

Like CIE said, we’d definitely question it if our AD was choosing to confront a player like that before a game and then physically grab and confront an assistant coach later. To act like that’s normal behavior is crazy.

Ask yourself what the AD is doing in that scenario and why he feels the right to take that action.

‘Handled internally ‘ is also the equivalent of the AD’s statement of support when a coach is on the ropes, & this is the same school that handled Bliss & Briles internally.

Nah. It’s a beyond dumb thing to do by the AD. If we heard Weiberg was out yelling at Gregory because of an undershirt and then had an almost physical altercation after the game with Kevin Johns when he was talking to players parents we would question his sanity.
Obviously, some people can’t understand the allusion to OU’s discipline methods. In other words, for the people in the cheap seats, that’s the kind of crap the Sooners would pull.
