American Healthcare continues to go backward

RFK JR: ADD, ADHD, Tourette syndrome, Narcolepsy, Autism.. All of these are injuries that I never heard of when I was a kid.

He gave it away in this interview when he called them “injuries.”

RFK Jr. claims that Americans with autism are stopping the United States from being an "exemplary nation" and that it’s “20 times worse than COVID-19” which killed over one million Americans.

He's getting really weird with the autism stuff.

Talk about generational trauma.

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. escalated his war against the food industry on Tuesday, declaring that “sugar is poison.”

Ummm someone want to tell him the US Govt has bought $20 BILLION of sugar from US farmers since the 50s and just last year alone Bought $2.2 billion in corn syrup subsidies

If I was a betting person I would wager a large sum of money that some where along the way he was told he was a high functioning autistic adult. Instead of embracing and championing he (as a Kennedy male who can’t be seen as having anything perceived as a weakness) took it as an insult.

We need an SMH emoji.

I mean, some of those things wouldn’t be bad ideas if autism were a communicable disease or a disease with an environmental cause; or if like many or most cancers treatment was dependent on ever changing protocols, or if RFK Jr wasn’t simply developing a database of clients to refer to tort lawyers. But the former things aren’t true and the latter thing is.

FDA Commissioner Marty Makary refuses to directly say that parents should vaccine their kids against measles

I'm for vaccines 100%. But, this was a bit of gotcha journalism.

He said that any child that dies from a vaccine-preventable illness is a tragedy. He also says that he believes in the MMR shot.

The doc has written books on changing the dynamic of healthcare back to the physician-patient relationship. Trying to force him as a government representative to say what parents should do while ignoring what he said isn't fair.
