Until Sky Net goes on line, I think we need to be more aware of deep fakes and foreign and domestic bots. Some arguments in here already seem automatic, predictable, and nearly rehearsed. IMO

Deep fakes, bots, fake news, etc...are exactly what I'm talking about being more dangerous than atomic weapons. It won't kill people directly in a cartoonish manner in the near future, but WILL cause social/political/economic turmoil as we come to grips with the immense power it offers.

Essentially, its a new power that's being wielded, and the tech is advancing far more rapidly than we can understand it. Of course those seeking dominance in any of the aforementioned arenas will attempt to exploit it for their gain, and won't stop unless regulated to do so (if possible).
