Good info! Looks like he is money if you can get into the red zone. But any kicker at this level probably should be. I don't know much about the career progression of kickers but I would assume he would get more accurate from 40+ over the course of his career. I think he was only a redshirt freshman last year. 10th ranked kicker in his recruiting class I believe I saw.

While this is exciting to see, it doesn't make sense that quantity factors into these rankings so much. Of the entire top 10, OSU has the lowest average player rating.

That said, rankings don't matter at all, but rather talent and production, and OSU is bringing in plenty of that. I am quite excited about OSU's portal class. I am not sure what the ceiling can be for this team next year but I think they are going to have a high floor.

My memory was that he redshirted immediately after Gundy was let go. Was there ever verification that he was injured? Or did he just basically get paid to take a redshirt year?
 
I feel like we've upgraded our coaching across the board, and I believe they can get the most out of many of these portal players who may not be that highly rated. For example, the style of offense Gundy ran the past few years (no motion, no misdirection, no innovation) only magnified our weaknesses and deficiencies. And obviously, defense has been a trainwreck under Nardo and Grantham. I believe Morris and his staff will get the most out of our guys.

Maybe I'm drinking the orange kool-aid but hopefully these guys they are bringing in are guys that are underutilized at their current school and are just looking for a fresh start.

Yes but the guys he have been getting lately are very talented. The WR and TE are 4 star recruits

Some of the star rankings are misleading as they pertain to their highschool rank and not the adjusted rank after hitting the portal
