I have also wondered if we are recruiting overseas more because of F-1 Visas. I think I have read there are restrictions on the amount of money international players can make. This would help our NIL $ stretch farther if true.

Wasn't the scholarship limit 85 and now moving to 105? All players will be on scholarship. That was at least my understanding of the new rules.

I am afraid that with the new 105 limit on scholarships that the money schools will be able to load up on talent. I believe the schools with the most talent will just be able to add to their depth leading to less parity.
