Dude the earth is 4 billion years old. There has only been ice on it for a billion years. 75% of the time it has been ice free. If we as a species want to survive here. We better be able to live on an ice free planet. If not we are the next mass extinction.

Dude the magnetic field has been weakening for 150 years exact time frame of man made global warming. Magnetic field wearing means more solar energy gets to earth. Makes earth warmer. Yeah 10 to 30% weakening directly corresponds with warming. Honestly I believe we have contributed.
