The head of the Pentagon’s UFO office is retiring, days after admitting there could be some truth in a whistleblower’s shocking claims that the US government is hiding evidence of aliens.

In an interview with Politico, Dr Sean Kirkpatrick said he had decided to step down after achieving his goals, having postponed retirement to take on the role.

r Kirkpatrick has been director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) since it was founded by the Biden administration last year, and in the 18 months since its inception the issue of UFOs has generated much public and political interest.

This reached a fever pitch in the summer after former US intelligence officer David Charles Grusch alleged the government had evidence of ‘intact and partially intact’ alien vehicles.

Speaking during a congressional hearing into Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), the official name for UFOs, he went further, adding that people had been ‘harmed or injured’ in an effort to cover up the information.
Dr Kirkpatrick said AARO had attempted to contact Mr Grusch about his claims repeatedly, which the whistleblower denied.

However, speaking during an off-camera meeting with the press on Halloween, the AARO director admitted some of the claims could be true.

‘We are investigating each and every one of [Grusch’s claims],’ he said. ‘We’re cross-referencing those. There are some bits of information that are turning out to be things and events that really happened.
‘A lot of it is still under review, and we’re putting all that together into our historical report.’

The report is one of the final tasks he will complete before leaving next month. His current deputy, Tim Phillips, will lead AARO until a permanent replacement is found.

Dr Kirkpatrick postponed his retirement to take up the role, during which time AARO launched a website sharing declassified information on UFOs – which now allows troops and government employees to report their own sightings.

He also co-authored a draft paper with Harvard ‘alien hunter’ Professor Avi Loeb, leaked online, which suggested the UAP studied by AARO could be ‘alien probes’ sent to study Earth by a mothership out in the cosmos.
While he did not give permission for the paper to be published, Dr Kirkpatrick said he did not regret his involvement.

In an interview with Politico, he said ‘the best thing that could come out of this job is to prove that there are aliens’.

‘If we don’t prove it’s aliens, then what we’re finding is evidence of other people doing stuff in our backyard,’ he said. ‘And that’s not good.’

is statement may come as a surprise to many UFO enthusiasts, who have previously labelled Dr Kirkpatrick as a ‘gatekeeper’ of the government’s UFO secrets.

Ike warned us about the military/industrial complex. Does anyone think they are telling us the whole truth about anything that can be hidden within national security? The powers that be think we can’t handle truth. They may be correct when so many of our citizens embrace and perpetuate lies, while acting like undisciplined children.

Is it just coincidence that in recent years, the number of television programs on the subject have quadrupled? Or military footage released and pilots interviewed? Many countries have opened their files for independent examination. Trump starts Space Force. Coincidence or preparation for a bombshell? Thoughts?

Former Pentagon UFO boss claims government gagged him over alien secrets

The former Pentagon boss charged with investigating UFOs has claimed senior officials stopped him from releasing top secret findings.

Dr Sean Kirkpatrick also wanted to share more details about the government’s investigations into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), but was gagged.

He stepped down from office in December, days after admitting there could be some truth in a whistleblower’s shocking claims that the US government is hiding evidence of aliens.

The claims, by former intelligence officer David Grusch, led to a congressional hearing on the issue, at which he gave further evidence – and said people had been ‘harmed or injured’ in an effort to cover up the information.

At the time, a personal memo from Dr Kirkpatrick said his department, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), had no evidence to back up the claims, and branded them ‘insulting’.

However, speaking to Politico, it seems the department knows much more than it is letting on – and did not want him sharing the intel.

‘There was a very strong concern to engage in the public discourse as often as I thought we needed to,’ said Dr Kirkpatrick.

‘The fact that they [Pentagon leadership] can’t figure out how to get at that message without concern for spillage into other areas has always been a frustrating point.’

The former director said he was concerned that by not speaking up about what the government knew, it would encourage conspiracy theorists to use their silence as evidence of a cover-up and promote their own agendas.

‘If there is a void in the information space, it will be filled with the imagination of the public right and the conspiracies and these accusations,’ he said, adding the purpose of AARO was to investigate any threats UAP may pose, not to find aliens.

He said attempts to engage with the media repeatedly met with internal resistance. During his time in office between July 2022 and the end of 2023, Dr Kirkpatrick did only two on-camera interviews, two print interviews, and two off-camera media briefings.

But writing in Scientific American last month, he said: ‘I can assure you as its former director that AARO is unwaveringly committed to harnessing science and technology to bring unprecedented clarity to these fascinating, important, and stubborn mysteries and to do so with maximum transparency.

‘Its talented staff and team of supporting scientists are at this very moment striving in collaboration with the armed forces, intelligence community, government agencies, national laboratories, scientific community, academic community – and soon the general public – to collect and analyse hard, measurable data – i.e., extraordinary evidence – in this heretofore eyewitness-rich but data-poor field.’

In August, AARO unveiled a new website, sharing declassified data on UAP from over the decades. It showed UFO hotspots over the US, Middle East, and Japan, including Nagasaki and Hiroshima, where the US dropped atomic bombs in August 1945.

Dr Kirkpatrick also disagreed with a recent report suggesting the US was unprepared for an alien invasion, noting the report only considered up to a time before AARO was formed.

My guess as to the reason why the U. S. government doesn't want to release what it knows about what the UFOs are really all about is that it is behind Russia and/or China on reverse engineering them and doesn't want to be embarrassed about it.

My secondary guess is that the public would panic like crazy if the truth of what is behind the UFOs was revealed. As a result, the economy would go into a hell of a tailspin quite possibly surpassing that of the Great Depression. In other words, just follow and worry about the MONEY! We sure don't want to see a 35,000 one day down point in the DOW from the government warning us that the aliens plan to kill us all so they can take over the earth! Maybe the government has been having success in negotiating with the aliens in continuing to put that day off!
