WRAL local is reporting at least One University of North Carolina Faculty member was killed

The shooter arrested is reported to be named Tailei Qi who appears to be of Chinese heritage and once studied at Wuhan University in China and also is a former student of Louisiana State and was working toward an advanced degree in Applied Physical Sciences
