Mike Gundy has to be gone first before anyone of note would consider the job. My criteria would be previous employment at a big 10 or sec school. Coming directly from anywhere else in the big 12 should be a disqualifier. We are too behind the curve to take a safe or “comfortable” hire IMO.

I believe it would be way more prudent to find a GM that is invigorating. Start there and then build the coaching staff.

Weiberg let OUT happen without having an inkling as to what was going on. That’s an indictment on both him and strum. Strum is gone, Weiberg needs to be next. And if he was having difficultly raising money because of a problematic head coach, it is his job to remove that coach.
