Probably true. Also probably true that it still shows what an arrogant narcissist Trump is for bringing it up, claiming she said he deserved the Nobel over her, and not even mentioning Machado by name.

She is playing it smart by dedicating it to Trump. She knows to stroke his inflated ego so he continues to oppose Maduro. She may be humble, but I doubt she honestly thinks Trump deserved to win the award.
