At least a coach is recognizing it and owning it. That hasn't happened at OSU in a long time.

The qualities that should be prioritized in the hire having "cultural fit/ties to OSU" as the lowest certainly goes against the perception that fans want someone with OSU ties. Hopefully the administration feels the same way and acts accordingly.

For what it is worth, Coach Meacham has stated in his conversations with Hauss, he has stated he wants to play.

I b!tched a lot about the defense today but gotta give some credit. Only allowed 45 yards rushing and forced 3 turnovers. The d line played much better in the second half. Still have a lot of improvement needed in pass coverage, but there was improvement today.

Was hoping to see a better offense today. 158 yards of offense, just pathetic.

I don’t disagree with you at all. The coaches clearly are not putting the players in position to be successful. At the end of the day it is a very bad defense.

The result is still bad and another indictment on Gundy.

All I know is they have allowed wide open receivers all over the field all season. There have been occasions when they have been close in coverage, but the majority of the time there is no one within 5 yards of the receivers. This defense is a generationally bad defense. As is the offense.

The secondary is just so bad.

And another pass completion behind the line of scrimmage on third and long. Not even trying to get the first down.
