We NEED OU to have wrestling success. We cannot have a traditional top 6 blue-blood program continue to drop or they will drop the sport. That would be terrible for the sport. We need to encourage some success for them. The sport is bigger than bedlam hatred for their school

Last year it felt like coaches globetrotted. A lot of money spent on flights, passports etc to not bring one of those players back for next year. I wouldn’t want much part of the American product of pay to play basketball so maybe overseas approach is best?

I think we expect every player to be a $1M 4-5 star future NBA player. It can take a couple yrs to learn a system, develop ball handling and become an all conference type player. I think our patient wears thin in all sports and we are quick to judge players faults. I liked Clarys body language...
