The second you heard the Mormon part you knew exactly what they were saying and I knew it would become a problem. Our fans used to be really smart. Several other schools have done it and been call out. And they did it anyway. Really embarrassing, I wish we we’re better, but I know we’re not.

It’s the same chant in every arena, don’t pretend like our student section was saying something else. Fans need to cut this out across the board. Our big win is now not the headline. Do better students.

I know we lost some good players but we also had a top 10 recruiting class. I'm surprised to see us not ranked in the preseason top 25. Not that it matters much, prove it on the field, but my hopes have been and remain pretty high, especially with the new pitching coach.
