He is saying all the right things in his interviews, it's not translating to the floor though...yet. The good news is 11-1. If they can keep their top 7-8 healthy for the entirety of conference play, this should be a tournament team.

I would say definitely out-coached if you can say out-hustled and out-worked. That is the most critical component of coaching in my opinion. Getting max effort out of all players at all times.

I have certainly seen it end in technical fouls that end up being costly.

Does a coach badgering the refs non-stop ever actually work in their favor? I have always thought that, if anything, that can backfire on you.

I do believe I have seen it reported that Crill is coming to OSU. Don't remember where I saw that. Wouldn't be surprised to see a school hire Cobbs just to try to get their foot in the door with Caleb Hawkins. Edit: I found where it was reported on Crill "Pokes Report can report North Texas...

No RB coach yet from what I see or TE coach if they will have one of those.
