My issue with Doucett is that he wrestles, almost exclusively, close matches. He could AA, but could also go 0-2 because every match will be close. I just didn't see him being an AA, but I hope to be wrong. I also believe the portal is big for next year. We need to fill several spots for a year...

I'm not sure who coaches are going after, but I believe coaches will be very open. There will be wrestlers who actively seek out a transfer to OSU (Dean Hamiti for example). To me it remains to be seen what the coaches will do in regards to bringing in a transfer when we already have a starter...

Who do you think we see this weekend? Northern Iowa has a top 20 guy and Iowa State has a top 5 guy. Both will be tough matches and would be good wins.

Yes, it is difficult to classify the performances against West Virginia. There's really was some good, bad, and just average. It will be very tough this weekend. My biggest takeaway is wishing we had more than one year to watch Wyatt Hendrickson.

I would have to see them in practice. Based on what I have seen, I didn't know how to separate them. For next year, I would like to see Cael get consistent and take the spot to show that we have an all American there for the next three years.
