Heard the guy at WVU is making more than double what we are paying Chad, which means we may have to offer triple what we are currently paying to lure him away. If this is true, then it will be much the same issue with any other candidate. Obviously, you have to invest and bring the right guy...
You think we might run into a situation in our next game where we need a 2-minute offense. This was the time to work on it in a live game...and instead we just ran out the clock. What the actual F.
There's no ifs, ands or buts about it, the position of the or signifies co-starters or co-backups.
Who's old enough to remember the conjunction junction commercial that used to air during Saturday morning cartoons.
Normally I wouldn't mind keeping it vanilla, but this game is basically a job interview for the starting QB. You need to run enough of your offense to get a good feel for who you are going to name starter, which needs to be done on Friday.
If there is really no separation between them, I suspect it will be Hejny....if for no other reason than his familiarity with our new OC. I understand the point Gundy is trying to make about letting them decide it in practice but that's a bit of a cop out. He gets paid a lot of money to make...
Let's be honest, if we got a video ribbon, how long would it take before it was showing ads 75% of the time or more. I guess in this age of NIL we need to do anything we can to make money so if a video ribbon can be a source of revenue, then go ahead and do it but again let's not pretend like...
The sooner the NCAA loses the last bit of control they have left, the better it will be for Oklahoma State Athletics, because we seem to be the only program that they want to punish.
It would be hard for me to rank them so I'll just put them in groups.
Good - ISU, KSU, BYU
Not Good - TTU, KU, UU, BU
Everybody Else - UA, CU, UH, UC, UCF, TCU, WVU, ASU
How can you ever keep 15 players happy in the NIL era. There are only so many minutes to go around and if you don't play you can't increase your stock to warrant a bigger paycheck. Maybe some scholarships will start going to players who used to be walk ons.
Not sure if posted already but finalists for the Hodge Trophy announced. Link in the article where fans can vote.

Baylor and Kansas play the SEC in the first round, really need them to win. Houston, Tech, ISU and BYU all have potential second round games against the SEC. If we go 0-fer in those games then I guess we can't complain. The Big 12 has had some great regular seasons only to underperform in the...
They might end up adding a fall portal window. Sounds like we are going to be over the limit once the freshman recruits show up. We will be forced to cut some players and I doubt we are the only program in that situation.
That was a dagger. I knew there was almost no hope of making the NIT but that little hope is gone.
One this is certain, we will see history this year....either a low seed will win the Big 12 tourney or Lutz will lose his first ever conference tournament game. Not taking any bets on that one.
Well Beamer is right, it is just different in the SEC. When you get to replace one of your conference games with an FCS opponent in November it makes your season much much easier. But he's wrong for thinking that taking the easy path as a conference should get you more automatic bids.
Man...
