Thompson did that most of the game. He had many opportunities to drive to the basket for a potential lay up, but instead kicked it out for a 3. But I think Boynton is absolutely ok with this approach. That concerns me, why be on with giving up a high percentage shot for a low percentage shot? Just low IQ basketball and the head coach is convinced it is a winning approach.
