| Three Big 12 teams show up in this week's AP Top 25 poll. They are Missouri at #4, Baylor (#6), and Kansas (#8). One Big 12 team fell out of the poll this week. Kansas State was ranked #22.
Missouri moves down two spots in the poll following a week that began with an upset loss at Oklahoma State, 79-72. After that came a win at home against Texas Tech, 63-50.
Baylor holds steady at #6 after wins against Texas, 76-71 and Oklahoma, 77-65. Kansas moves down three spots after a win against Texas A&M, 64-54 and a loss to Iowa State, 72-64. Kansas State drops out of the poll after a win against Texas Tech, 69-47 and a loss to Oklahoma, 63-60. Gonzaga enters the Top 25 at #24 with a win at Portland, 74-62. Vanderbilt comes in at #25 with wins against Middle Tennessee State, 84-77 and Tennessee, 65-47. Connecticut falls out of the rankings this week with an upset loss at home to Notre Dame, 50-48.
Wisconsin is a big mover this week to #19 after an upset win at home over then-16th ranked Indiana, 57-50.
