    Head Coach Steve Lutz

I'm curious to see who of the current staff (if any) he plans to keep.

Who Should OSU Hire as Next Basketball Head Coach?

Very cautiously optimistic, or cautiously very optimistic?

Who Should OSU Hire as Next Basketball Head Coach?

I think the downside you mentioned above is an inherent risk given that we don't have the budget to buy a proven elite coach (who really does?) Even schools with huge budgets that can buy whoever they want can't guarantee elite outcomes. Since we can't afford to buy whoever we want, we have to...

Who Should OSU Hire as Next Basketball Head Coach?

Are you forgetting that we DID hire a really good coach recently; a solid hire with experience AND upside? Those coaches exist. We hired one of them. Obviously it didn't work out for us for a variety of reasons, but it has to be acknowledged as a potential (and likely?) outcome in our current...

    Zac Robinson

Zac has seemingly never shown interest in the college game, and has had a lot of success (thus interest) in the NFL. If he succeeds as the OC in Atlanta, he'll be a HC candidate for an NFL team in the next 3 years. He's literally in a different league. I'm honestly not sure why people keep...

Offseason Thread: What was your favorite OSU football moment?

I have two that stand above all others based purely on the electric feeling that I experienced; both from my first year at OSU (2002). 1. One of the first times I came down the tunnel in the WEZ as part of the CMB, and saw the UCLA uniforms and gold helmets. It was a really cool environment...

Pouring One Out For our Homies

People have repeatedly inquired about the old site since this one was created (myself included), and @GratefulPoke (among others) have kindly provided insight when asked. Its really simple, innocuous, and totally fine that people are curious about it. It is bizarre yet telling that you have...

Pouring One Out For our Homies

Your position is shockingly out of touch, but reveals so many things about your character. Its actually way more fun reading your posts as if they are satire. Keeps the board a little more entertaining during a normally boring stretch of the year...

    Bowman is back!

He's in his early 20's. Most of us were probably still growing a lot at that age, and I'd expect the same from him, especially if our coaches have any input into his abilities. I'm hopeful he can improve.

    Bowman is back!

Bowman is a solid QB, and I'm glad he'll be back. He could be so much better if he learned to climb the pocket instead of bailing. Hopefully that's something he can work on over the offseason. 2024-25 is shaping up to have a lot of potential!

[Texas Bowl] Official Game Thread: Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma State

Knowles has a knack for play calling that not many CFB coordinators possess. He dials up blitzes, mixes coverage, and plays vanilla seemingly at the perfect time often. He could adjust drive by drive or play by play. He was playing chess while many offenses were playing checkers. Probably...

[Texas Bowl] Official Game Thread: Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma State

This is pretty much every non-CFP bowl game these days. So many players are opting out for various reasons, its just making the whole thing a post-season exhibition game with less and less meaning. I guess bowl owners, networks, and schools are somehow still profiting off of it, but I wonder...

    it’s official……Ollie is coming back !

Sorry if I missed something, but who are we counting on for 2024? Did Bowman get another year?

    it’s official……Ollie is coming back !

Great news!!! Assuming we can secure a solid QB, we should expect to be even better next season. Let's go!

    Sanders in for Ole Miss

Not wanting any player responsibility? Where have I said that? Believing myself to be an authority? What? No. That is not close to the truth. Are you capable of discourse without hyperbole? If criticism is fair, then I do tend to be more critical of the multi-million dollar professional...
